About the money
FAQ
Is there a monthly fee?
Yes: from HK$280 a month, or from HK$3,000 a year, depending on the size of the site, for hosting, domain renewal, daily backups and one small change a month. It is what keeps the site and admin running; if you stop, the site goes offline, but the domain, content, photos and data are yours and you get a static copy plus all your data.
Can I add a catalogue to a one-page site later?
Yes. Upgrading to the catalogue package costs the HK$5,000 difference; the existing site and text stay as they are.
How long does it take?
Two weeks for a one-page site, four to six for a catalogue, counted from the day we have your photos and text.
How do I pay?
You see the homepage draft first; if you like it, half to start and the rest after launch. FPS or bank transfer.
Why is the catalogue price “from”?
It depends on how many items and whether there is anything unusual. The first 30 items uploaded by us are included; beyond that, HK$30 each, or you add them yourself. We quote after a chat and the quote does not change.
What counts as a small change?
Swapping a photo, adding a paragraph, changing a line of the layout: anything under fifteen minutes. One a month is included; a second in the same month is quoted at HK$300. Changing words and prices you do yourself on the site; that never counts.
Not a payment. After Start you get your own progress page at once; we reply on WhatsApp within three business days to confirm the package and the exact price, and you pay a deposit only if you are happy.
