Who owns the domain?
You do. It is registered in your own account; we only set it up. You are never locked in.
Where does the site live? What if you stop?
On Vercel, a global hosting platform, with the domain in your account. We maintain the code and the admin; if Paperstem stopped tomorrow you would receive a static copy of the site and all your data, and the domain is yours to point anywhere. The site does not disappear. Vercel and Supabase, where the data lives, are both certified to ISO 27001; data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each client can sign in only to their own admin.
Can I change things later?
Yes, on both packages: sign in, tap any text or price, and save; it is live at once. Catalogue owners also manage products, stock and photos from a phone admin. Layout changes or a new paragraph count as the one small change a month in the fee.
I do not have good photos.
Phone photos are fine; we tell you how to take them. Your real photos beat any stock image.
