About Paperstem
How Paperstem started
Paperstem began with one person in Hong Kong who studied engineering. A relative wanted a website; we worked it out at home and built the first one. Then we noticed how many shops selling on Instagram needed a site they could change themselves, and Paperstem started. We are small and based in Hong Kong. The person who builds your site is the person who answers your WhatsApp; there is no salesperson in between.

On WhatsApp: what you do, what photos you have, what you want customers to do. About half an hour.
- Day 2–3
Quote and deposit
One fixed price, one delivery date. Confirm the quote, pay half, and work begins.
- Week 1–2
Build
You get a link and can watch progress any time. Change your mind along the way.
- Launch day
Handover
We connect the domain and show you how to change things yourself. The rest is paid after launch.
